On the first floor the large open living/dining area is well decorated with wide views of the harbour, comfortable furniture, art decorations and soft furnishings. It features a fireplace and French doors the length of the building. The lounge has two leather sofas and a large plasma television with Foxtel connection and the dining area seats up to eight comfortably. This space has been designed to accommodate families, entertainment and relaxation.
The large, fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar and connects to the dining area and outdoor living space. Overlooking beautiful Sydney Harbour is an outdoor setting, sun chairs and BBQ as well as a separate lounge area. Its leafy surrounds offer privacy and the garden’s create a wonderful environment for year round outdoor activities.
