John & Lynn – April 2013, We found that this apartment is ideally located with a panoramic view of Bondi Beach, which is only two minutes walk away. The satellite TV and secure underground car parking are welcome additional features.

It was clean, had free internet (which no other places do, usually $100 extra), quiet street but so close to shops, cafe’s and the beach. I was blown away by this place.

Elisabeth – 1 oct 2012, Billyard Ave. rental is a beautiful, bright place! The bed very comfy. The view spectacular of Elizabeth bay. Quaint park just across the street. Few minute walk to delightful Elizabeth Bay Marina and Restaurant which was fabulous. Short walk to everything you would need in way of restaurants, grocery stores, train, boutiques and books. Friendly residents. But the best thing is the morning sunshine in the living room and kitchen. We had breakfast on the little balcony every morning and soaked up the sunshine and fresh air with a magnificent view and we also had many beautiful birds visit us. It was simply delightful! Will return.

I would highly recommend Bondi Beach Rentals to a friend. The only two things that would’ve made the process more pleasant would be: 1) The ability to reserve through the website and process my credit card online; and 2) Shuttle transportation from the Bondi Beach Rental office to our property. The office was not really in walking distance, and our condo was “off the map” given to us. Thanks!

Ryan - 22 Sep 2011 I’ve been in Sydney on a 3-month work rotation and I can honestly say that Bondi Beach Rentals has made my experience so much more gratifying. I’ve stayed in 3 of their properties (1 in Darlinghurst and 2 in Bondi Beach), and they’ve all been top notch. Although my luggage arrived late and I was left with only jeans and a t-shirt for 3 days, my contacts at Bondi Beach Rentals were kind enough to have a maintenance worker at my place within a couple of hours of arriving to install a space heater. It’s this type of service level that makes you feel more welcome when setting foot in another country halfway around the world. I would also recommend any of their properties in Bondi Beach since the location is incredible. The latest apartment that I stayed in had amenities such as a plasma TV mounted on the wall, surround sound, a DVD player, iPod docking station, and Foxtel cable, which made the place feel more like home. The weekends in Bondi are unbeatable and between the ocean views and 30 second walk to the beach, you just can’t go wrong here. I highly recommend staying in one of the properties that Bondi Beach Rentals has to offer both for the premier location as well as the landlord hospitality. By Ryan

May 03, 2012 - The place is absolutely GORGEOUS! Vanessa and Ann were both very accommodating and made the stay more than what we hoped for. Definitely booking with them again the next time I’m in Bondi!
